Page Last Updated: Mar 26, 2001 Welcome to the SofTrack Support Page. On September 1, 2000, Integrity Software regained control of the SofTrack product. We have always been the developers of SofTrack, however, we have not always been included in the product's technical support issues. This, unfortunately, lead to a high number of unresolved support cases. We have diligently worked to solve all problems and to enhance the product. At present we have solved the issues below and are currently working on Windows 2000 Server support for the SofTrack Server Agent. Earlier we had hoped to have the SofTrack Server Agent for Windows 2000 ready by now, however, development of the Local Metering Agent for Windows 2000 took longer than expected. Currently, the SofTrack Server Agent for Windows 2000 is being developed and we hope to have it ready by the end of May 2001. Click here to be notified of SofTrack for NT updates. NLM ABEND on NW5.1x Resolution: New SOFTRACK.NLM and IS_SRV50.NLM - download available at bottom of this page Full Product Download below does include v5.00f of the NLM which will load on NW5.1x but will not meter properly. NetWare Server-Based Metering is inaccurate Released: December 1, 2000 Resolution: New v5.50e SOFTRACK.NLM and support NLM (IS_SRVx0.NLM) This update works with NetWare 4.x and 5.x up to and including NW5.1 SP2a. Once installed on your system, they will run for a 30 day evaluation.
